Order placed 19 July. Order was described as "in stock". Wanted it for our holidays the following week. Two weeks later I enquire, and got a message saying it should take 1-3 weeks. Why? If It's in stock? I can only assume it is coming on a slow boat from China. I've finally had an e mail to say that my order has been shipped! Almost a month later! In this day and age it is not good enough. Should at least have had a reason for the delay or an option to cancel. Frankly pathetic. Won't use again.

Having seen mixed reviews of the company, I ordered a Sierra Leone football shirt with some scepticism, but where else was I going to buy an official one from? There were hardly any retailers that even list these shirts but I thought it would be a perfect gift for my father who has volunteered to go out there and help with the crisis as it will be his birthday while he's out there. I ordered the shirt on the 17th of March and following the confirmation e-mail straight after, heard nothing until the 27th Mar when I received a Royal Mail tracking number from them. I came back from work today (30th Mar) and I have it. I'm glad that it's pulled through and it will make a perfect gift. I would recommend Subside if not expecting next day delivery and someone would like unusual jersey.

Ordered 31st December & delivered by 3rd Jan. All previous negative reviews, I can't understand why, company in my opinion is brilliant

I order product on the 10th of September and as the webpage said (7 - 14 business days) It's been more than 14 days and I sent an email requesting information, they sent a reply saying "product was shipped the 18th of September, it should take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive" are you kidding me? You should say that when people submit their orders, not promise a timing that you can make! Do not order from this webpage unless you want your product to arrive a month later! Terrible service as well!

I recently purchased a Football top through the site & had this personalised. Although happy enough with this, I was told 7-10 days delivery it took 30 days?? Could be better explained at point of sale & customer responses were slow. Overall 6/10

Pathetic service. Avoid

They have a decent range, although not as diverse as it was a few years ago where they have a lot of Brazilian/Japanese club shirts available. Main sticking point is price, they have suddenly got very pricey, even for clearance items. For example last seasons Chelsea shirt is priced at 44.99 and in the clearance section. You can get it for 20 quid in numerous places. They've let it slip pricing wise.

First time buying from Subsidesports.com. I bought a Holland home shirt 12-13 with Robben 11 (fan style print). Item is as in picture. The top is real and the top is the same as the tops that the shops sell in town. I got medium size and its fits fine. Decent delivery time for a printed shirt. Excellent website and service.

First Class Company with First Class Service. I have been ordering weird and wonderful football shirts from around the world from Subside for many years now and I have to say they are a pleasure to do business with. Really good website, and the customer service from them is second to none. Plus where else in the UK could you get a Uzbekistan national team football shirt from. If you are looking for any football shirts from around the world make Subside your first port of call.

Having ordered a nike Barcelona football shirt from this company with official Messi printing I was annoyed to find part of the club badge was not stitched correctly. Clearly a Nike manufacturing error, but although I had had the shirt personalised I phoned subside and within 5 days they returned my shirt and refunded my return shipping. They couldn't have apologised enough. So many times I've used other sites only to have to argue for weeks for small problems to be fixed. This was a refreshing enough experience to bother to write a review. In summary, not always the cheapest, but definitely one of the most honest... and a ridiculous range of product. Well done. Keep going.

Vergeet al die Nederlandse voetbalshops, subsidesports heeft een enorm assortiment, met de meest uiteenlopende shirts (uit en thuis), vaak ook mèt bedrukking. Er is zelfs een optie om je shirt met individuele bedrukking te bestellen (dus je eigen naam en nummer). Heb er echt al 10tallen keren besteld, en telkens was alles naar wens. Het enige minpuntje is dat zo af en toe mijn maat niet meer leverbaar is.
