Significant delay that was perfectly resolved
I ordered two jerseys from the U.S. but after three weeks I did not receive them. I sent email after email with no response. Finally I called and Jerry responded apologizing that there was a glitch in their email system. He immediately reviewed the order and even offered free 3 day express shipping for the delay. When the jerseys finally arrived in the US I was assessed a hefty duty fee. I again contacted Jerry to see what could be done and he offered to cover the cost since there was a significant delay with the shipping as a courtesy. When I got the jerseys I was blown away by how nice they were and how well done the personalized number came out. Huge thank you to Jerry and the team for making all this happen and truly showing what great customer service is all about!!
