Took 3 weeks to arrive but real shirt though so is a legit site and cheaper

Is Del Piero retro kit on subside sports legit? Please let me know.

Yesterday I paid for a t-shirtbut it didn’t charge from my debit card, it says payment review but I don’t know if I have to wait or you already reject the payment. I need to know this in order to know if I should order again without receive a double charge in my cards.

I was looking for a certain football shirt they didn't have in my size, I emailed Subside Sports customer services and they were brilliant, they were expecting new stock from the manufacturer so they processed the order for me and it arrived days later. Delighted, can't thank the Subside Sports team enough.

It feels good to support a family-run British company who have really unique range and great customer service !

I ordered my Napoli shirt one and a half months ago, it arrived to another city here in Mexico but it has been there for more than a month, they asked me to contact my local post office service but that's not my job. Disappointed. However I went to my local post office and they gave me my parcel. The jersey I ordered from subside sports was exactly as I had ordered it.

I had ordered a Chelsea jersey on November 4th and came incredibly fast (I paid for faster shipping of course). But when it arrived it was a wrong size compared to the tags. So I tried to make an exchange and they told me to ship it to their US branch and they would ship it to the one in England. I PAID for the delivery on November 8th and received confirmation from ups that is was delivered on the 15th. It is now December 6th and they are claiming that it has not arrived to their US branch. I have tried to get a refund but are still claiming it has not been received. When I clearly have proof that it has been delivered. Horrible from them I will not buy again

Terrible delivery its been a month since I ordered a name set and a patch and still have not received it, terrible communication the people do not answer your question and never gave me tracking and also haven't responded to my question about that. My first time purchasing from this company and certainly will be my last, really pathetic.

I bought from them a kit for my son but it was damaged, I asked for a replacement, they replayed to me it’s out of stock & asked me to keep the kit & they will give me a discount 50% on the item!!

I bought a shirt that was out of stock EVERYWHERE on a Monday and presumed that it would be out of stock here but they hadn't updated the website. I emailed their support team who got back to me within thirty minutes confirming that they had reserved a shirt and that it would be shipped that day. Two days later (Wednesday), it arrived exactly as expected. Fantastic service!

Bought a shirt and beanie for my grandson. Had a slight prob with website as the order was doubled up in error, I emailed and they were onto it straight away no problems. The funds were credited back immediately and the items were received within aprox 10 days of order. Fantastic customer service, quality products. Will use them in the future and can highly recommend. A great shopping experience online..

So I bought a shirt on this website on December 7th (it was a xmas gift) through Subside Sports UK. The website said they had it in stock. Almost 2 weeks later, I hadn't received a thing, so I contacted them and apparently it was out of stock but they only learned that the day before. OK. I asked for the money back and they say they transferred it to the same bank account that I used but I haven't received my money, after more than one month. I asked for a statement, and they can't send it "for security reasons". Asked for the number of the account they sent the money to, and no reply. My last 3 emails had no reply. I need to know what was the number of the account they sent the money to because it may not be the same as I needed since my bank has a different process and I need to check with them if the problem is indeed theirs or Subside's. I'm sick and tired of this. They are not being helpful at all and because of that I'm starting to think that this is a scam and that they simply have my money and do not want to return it. What else can I think if they're not helpful?! I never had such a bad experience in any other online store. Needless to say, I'm never buying here again. Shocking!!

I ordered a liverpool Gerrard jersey from the 14/15 season a couple days ago. Order went smooth. I had free shipping at the time. This review is about the nice man who i spoke to. He was very kind and hospitable. I have ordered shirts from couple other stores online and this and world soccer shop are the only ones who have actually picked up when i called. also the jersey was super cheap. I don't know why but they feel very trust able. btw the way im ordering the shirt to philly so fingers crossed on how long it takes

Ordered the Manchester United Home shirt in December 2015. Happy with price and printing onto product. Ordered Manchester United away and third shirts with printing. Items were posted on Monday and arrived Wednesday afternoon. Would recommend. Will be purchasing all future shirts through them.

I became aware of them through Instagram by one of my favourite sporting outlets promoting them. Being an arsenal fan that was planning on buying the latest shirt anyway. I thought it would obviously look better upon my favourite outlet if I bought from the company he was recommending. Anyway long story short. Found what I wanted, I got fast and accurate help through their staff on their social media. Ordered it. it was then here in 3 days (I'm in the UK). Nothing special. But 1) Easy to buy 2) friendly and helpful staff 3) fast shipping Nothing speical. But nothing more I could've asked for!
