Lost shipment

I frequently bought from them but they probably already lost a customer. I made a purchase on July 21st and as of today I have not received anything. The order has not been updated for 20 days. I contacted customer service and they did not give me any satisfactory solution or answer. A person named Sarah Jenkins, argues that I should “wait longer” because according to her the package is going to South America and it takes a long time to arrive. But this person is wrong, the order is not going to South America, it is going to MEXICO which is North America and here orders arrive faster in 2 or 3 weeks at the most, no more than a month. In addition, I have already made it clear that I URGENTLY need that package to arrive because it is for a gift, that is why I ordered it in advance and have it just in time for the gift date. I need them to take responsibility and give me a solution now, because after this I have no intention of buying anything from them again.
