LITERALLY THE WORST, MOST DAFT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED...Placed an order, 8 days later it was still labeled "processing". Emailed to inquire about it, and received no response over 48 hours later. Then went to log into my account after 10 total days (7 business) and I was locked out. I attempted to change my password, but I was still locked out. I sent them another email after 10 total days telling them to cancel my order and that I am charging back my purchase with my bank. Clearly a scam, right? It was THEN that they finally emailed me and tried to make themselves the victim by accusing me of being impatient. They made excuse after excuse- for their lack of communication, account lockout, and no product sent- and passive aggressively made me seem like I was the jerkoff. In my email, I accused them of "not giving a sh-t" that I was going to charge back the amount on my card, and they tried to pretend that they were overwhelmingly offended by my use of the word 'sh-t'. They claim to have refunded my purchase, but either way, I charged it back. This place is an absolute joke. You can do better, and I did do better with another company- Premier Shirts UK. I recommend you check them out.

Worst, terrible, joke of a business Ordered 20 November it’s been one month I’ve been contacting “Kenny” multiple times regarding an update on my order, it hasn’t been shipped, feels like a scam, asked for a refund the bloke was so arrogant and basically said *%#* you, keep waiting

Opaque delivery guidelines. Little to NO help and poorer service. Paid for express delivery and now being told 10 working days before it is even dispatched. Very misleading. Avoid.

This company is a complete scam. Takes your money, lies about product being shipped, tells you there is a delay in shipping, then tells you they will refund you and then ghosts you. Chances are you're going to have to get your bank involved in getting a refund.

Selling items that not actually in stock but not mentioning that's a pre-order on web. Ordered world cup shirts and order still processing after 3 weeks. Not sure can get the shirts before the world cup or maybe just before Xmas. Should skip this shop.

The transit to Mexico is via SEPOMEX so that means it takes too long, but this time it took more days due to the strikes in postal service in England. At the end my 2 purchases arrived, both in perfect condition, new and originals.

I was wary about my order for three reasons: one, reading some of the reviews on here; two, I'd ordered an England 2022 shirt from a different company purporting to sell genuine shirts and been sent a crappy fake; three, I'd struggled to find any stock of these shirts anywhere so it seemed a bit too good to be true that they had the right size. However, I can't fault the service I had from Subside Sports. I used the chat function on their site to ask about the shirts they had, where they were being dispatched from, expected shipping time etc. The person at the other end was very helpful, checked all sorts of things for me, explained what was meant by 'fan style personalisation'. Basically any question I asked was answered. I placed my order and three days later I had a genuine Nike England shirt exactly as I'd wanted. I would definitely shop here again.

So I usually don’t write reviews but this one definitely deserved all of the best praise I got Tickets to go see Barcelona vs Real Madrid in Las Vegas on July 24 and I wanted to go wearing their New Jersey I had ordered this from many websites and all would take many months for delivery I was able to place my order with subside sports and revive it well before the game. Also Sarah Webb was very helpful from the sales department and answered all my questions. This was the best Online shopping experience ever would 100% recommend.

Do not buy from this place. I ordered a shirt nearly a month ago and every week I’d ask for updates on my order , and the response I get is “it will be here soon” really disappointing to get such a rubbish response

I ordered a jersey 3 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I emailed the company twice and was ignored. This is completely unacceptable.

Although I got the wrong product, it was dealt with promptly and big shoutout to Sarah Webb who was very nice and efficient.

I have placed an order on 26 March 2022 for a couple of football jerseys including several Liverpool away jerseys hopefully I could get those and watch the match between Liverpool and Man City tonight. I have placed order for sports equipment in two other vendor website and they arrived in 3 to 4 days after order and payment. However, no progress update was received from subsidesports. I have emailed them twice but with no response. I have tried to log in web but failed. Not sure if it is related to my request to cancel the order. It is the worst experience I ever have about online sports equipment/jerseys purchase for the past 10 years. In summary, no update, no response, no goods delivered after payment. Think twice before you want to buy anything there.

I ordered the Score Draw Man City No. 8 Retro Kit from 1991-92, received it in just five days time in top quality and with a beautifully printed number 8 on the back. I purchased the kit through the Swiss online store and was able to reach out to the Swiss distributor any time if there were any questions or uncertainties. All in all: Wonderful experience and excellent customer service. I'll certainly be using it again.

I ordered an Italy Euro 2020 shirt with print and patches on the 3rd of December which was delivered today 24th December. Printed perfectly with official euro patches and official name print, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Subside have an amazingly large range of stock and a surprisingly large range of prints and patches to go with shirts. I’ve had a browse through their vintage shirts which is again surprisingly extensive. I enquired with regard to delivery times and received a very helpful response explaining that in order for Subside to stock such a large range of items, some are sourced from their German warehouse. I wasn’t fussed as I was in no rush for it to get to me. Considering the amount they stock, they seem to be one of the best retailers in the UK for new football gear and as such I think other reviews need to have given some more leniency with regard to delivery times. The only way to get non UK shirts with this range of print or patches is from official club shops shipping from the EU which will likely take longer in any case. All round brilliant experience and good customer service. Will certainly be using again.

Because the UK is out of EU now it come to my village in greece more time ,but all ok

Ordered and paid for an official FC Barcelona player shirt, inquired with them to confirm that this is what I will get, only to end up with a cheaply made replica shirt. Never again! Do not walk away, run away from these scammers! --- This is a later edit, after I got the reply from subside sports below: The replica you sent me was an authentic Nike product alright, but it was a fan shirt of inferior quality, not the premium product I ordered and got charged for. More specifically I requested the FC Barcelona third kit for the 2015/2016 season labeled Barcelona 15-16 Night Rising Jersey (mainly turquoise blue with a striking black color gradient on the sleeve cuffs and shorts). For instance on the jersey I got delivered the Nike Swoosh logo and the tiny holes on the front of the shoulders and the back just below the collar were embroidered. The premium shirt I ordered (as well as the players official issue kits) do not have these elements finished by embroidery. Immediately after I placed the order I reached out to the vendor to confirm that I will get the premium product I got charged for. They confirmed, and yet they delivered an inferior one... and in the above reply they continue to play dumb by placing the fault on Nike. You fooled me once ... as I said, NEVER again... so do not walk away, RUN AWAY from these SCAMMERS!!! **************************** Third and last edit: I put the order about 5 years ago when that jersey was in effect at FC Barcelona and no longer have the order ID, but I don't think you shipped many jerseys like that to North America. My name didn't change, unless you have it spelled incorrectly in your records, but I did use a different email address back then. (BTW you did misspell my first name in your reply, I am not at all surprised you cannot find my order in your records) And once again, do not shift the blame on Nike. They manufacture jerseys at multiple price points, and implicitly different qualities. The jersey I got delivered was manufactured by Nike and had the authentic Nike logo, but it was of an inferior quality than the one I ordered and got charged for. It is as simple as that, a few days ago I realized that there are others on Trust Pilot who complain about the exact same malevolent practice of yours (this is why I decided to post my review now), and yet you insist on placing the blame to Nike with impunity. All this does is make me determined in my decision to no longer give you my business, and advise others to do the same.

Shockingly run. Paid £250 for a vintage shirt, was sent the wrong one. Guy who runs their Vintage (Tim) goes out of office and arranges no cover, ignores my emails. I email head office and Sarah spends most of her time explaining to me how to spend more of my time fixing their problem for them. They send me a label to send the shirt back, but I don’t have a printer. More hassle to paper over their incompetence. No empathy for the customer and for a company that delivers shirts, not too clever. Avoid at all costs.

The prices of website are very expensive when you can buy the product of the brands like Nike Adidas for so much less. Just annoying that some sizes are available on this site for £30+ more than Nike. Plus discount codes provided didn't work and you spent 85 quid and delivery isn't free. Just very frustrating for a consumer, most of these take like 5-10 to make.
