I've had this sofa for nearly a year and it's held up beautifully, with no sagging or fading. It looks fantastic in my living room and feels super comfortable.

I misplaced a connector while putting it together, but the support team was amazing. They shipped the part right away and followed up to ensure everything was okay.

It's a great sofa, though the color is a bit lighter in person than it looked online. Still, it's beautiful and works perfectly in my space.

Ordered 15 days ago and was told delivery would be 2-3 weeks. Contacted them a week ago and was told sofa would be shipped immediately and the missing section would ship separately since a it was out of stock. Then radio silence...won't answer calls or emails..no shipping date or confirmation of shipping. Buyer beware!

Right out of the box, it had a pleasant, clean leather scent instead of a factory smell, which I appreciated.

The pictures are beautiful, believed the reviews on their page. So I took the leap and bought a couch. 3 months no couch. I call and they say all the pieces have shown up at the warehouse. The delivery company metropolitan, from the start was horrible, they say their policy as a moving company is they can not set day or time. You will only know the week of… ( My job at the hospital, does not let me take off a week to just see what day and time they pick) SOKA Homes will not give refund even though I have not received couch. Told them the horrible inconvenience of the delivery company has made me not even want the couch. In surgery ( my job, on a day that they weren’t even originally supposed to even come) show up at my house, the company was rude and mad I was not there at my house on a week, a day, a time that was not even on their paperwork. SOKA homes apologized but has not fixed anything. No couch, no refund, won’t even allow me to talk to a supervisor. I recorded all conversations of them changing their own names, lying, videos of them at my house on a day, week, time not discussed and saying they would stay, and immediately leaving saying on the phone that they would stay. The worst experience with any company I have ever had! BEWARE ITS A SCAM

If I can I will give ZERO stars, I requested a refund over a month ago and they have partially refunded $2000 of $6682.24. I have been contacting their customer service team and they have been unresponsive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS A SCAM!!

This sofa is pet-approved! Our dog loves curling up on it, and I love that the fabric doesn't attract too much fur or scratch easily. Cleaning is a breeze - just a quick vacuum and it's good as new. We've had it for 6 months and it still looks showroom fresh.

One unexpected bonus: the sofa came with removable covers! As someone who likes to keep things spotless, this was a huge plus. I've already washed the cushion covers twice and they held up perfectly. The color didn't fade at all. It's rare to find something that's both chic and practical these days.

I like the sofa, but I think it would be helpful if there were videos or 360° views online before purchase. The photos are nice, but I was unsure about how they looked from certain angles. Luckily, it looks great in person, but more visuals would've made the decision easier.

With an additional piece, the sofa turned out to be exactly the size I was looking for. The service team continued to be prompt and professional in helping me work through delays in the remodeling process until I was able to receive the shipment. The purchase was a great experience. I'd buy again.
