Great Service
This was my first purchase with Soka, and also my first time making a large furniture purchase online. I was nervous. Soka wasn't a familiar name. I had gone through CB2, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, and other popular sites. Eventually, I decided on a sofa from Soka for the basement theater. It seemed to be a good fit for the aesthetics I was looking for and for the price. When I inquired about the size and potential customization to fit our large family, the customer service representative responded quickly and was very helpful in providing the sizing details. With an additional piece, the sofa turned out to be exactly the size I was looking for. The service team continued to be prompt and professional in helping me work through delays in the remodeling process until I was able to receive the shipment. The purchase was a great experience. I'd buy again.
