Truly disappointing and disgusting with this company. I had extremely high hopes for this company. I waited for several weeks for my large sectional Freedom Collection and the arm chair. It was quite difficult to place together came in many boxes. After reviewing each piece the arm chair had issues with the fabric under neath and being stained along with burnt marks. I even had sap from the wood under the main sofa but we decided to keep it anyway we waited so long. Anyhow we said we like to send the arm chair that was damaged back. I called within 24 hours after receiving and they said send pictures and email and so I did. Then they said they will get back to me. 14 emails back and finally an answer. They will take it back. Yet need to find a place to pick the boxes up. We have went back and forth for almost 3 months now and still they are here and I still have not had a refund of 1800 dollars. I called my bank made a claim I have emailed them along with the shipping company and no actions. I’m so exhausted and sick that a company can run and manage this way. I will never ever purchase a sofa from Soka Homes again and I would never recommend for you to purchase one either. This entire process has taken away the joy of this shopping experience over $ 8,500 dollars.
The sectional is a beautiful gray leather. I love the minimalist look, but I wish it had more cushion. Customer service was exceptional and delivery was smooth!
I absolutely love this sofa. The customer service was fantastic - very patient and timely. When I got stuck on some parts of the assembly, they explained everything clearly. My husband and I finished it in just 15 minutes.

Arrived very quickly! Always wanted a leather sofa so I bought the domus on the recommendation of a customer service agent, the sofa is good quality and very soft. The cushions are deep and perfect for lounging. I added some throw pillows to make it even cozier!
I’m giving them 2 stars mainly for the customer service/communication issues. I want to say I love the couch I bought. But they originally gave a shipping time of 3-7 days and it ended up taking almost 14 days for delivery. I was told I’d get a $100 refund for the inconvenience, which I have still not received- over a month later. Additionally the cushion on the couch had a big indentation in it from shipping, I’ve been told I will get a replacement, yet still not even a tracking number and new estimates are “the end of this month”, which will be almost 2 months with a defective product. Again, I love the couch, but if there are any issues with your order or product, good luck on getting it resolved.

I love my new sofa. It was very easy to assemble. When I first sat on it, the couch felt firm, but after a few days and breaking it in, I found myself dozing off in less than 15 minutes after laying on it because it felt so comfortable.
I love the quality, color & size of the flex sofa. The leather has a premium look and I've had it for a while, and I think the durability should be pretty good.
