It is nerve-racking to order a $4000…
It is nerve-racking to order a $4000 couch without seeing it in person and testing it. The couch was delayed for over a month, and we felt very anxious. However, the customer service is amazing; we finally received it yesterday. Most importantly, the wife loves it! I will order other pieces in the future.
