After 6 months of back & forth emails, they just sent me new back & side cushions! They are an appropriate size and they look great!! I was scammed out of $4,453. The company never delivered my order and refused to refund me. We exchanged emails for months, but they kept delaying and now won’t take responsibility. Even my credit card company acknowledged it as a scam, but the case was considered outdated. Sad that things like this still happen. Sharing in case it helps someone avoid the same mistake.
I installed the big sectional only 2 months ago and the edges are already starting the break down. The "filling" is not tight enough/cover material too loose so the seams are moving downward. already looks old and tired. For the money I paid, VERY disappointing.
