Friendly staff and quick installation. I would have been given more options for my installation but it does what we discussed.

Honestly, it was too easy to get it all done. After the paperwork was dealt with, which wasn’t much hassle, it was just a matter of waiting until the install date, and that was it! The installers did a fantastic job as well, I’m very happy with their cable routing job, and where the battery and inverter were installed. The only gripe I have, is that there haven’t been enough sunny days so far, which is of course, not Smart Energy’s fault! :)

Great and easy

These guys were not pushy! They explained everything thoroughly. I was impressed by their attune and patience with me. The whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. If I had any further questions there were a number of people I could ring. I didn’t feel pressured at any time. They just provided the information.

From initial dealings with the representative who booked in my assessment through to installation the whole process has been seamless. Shahzad completed my assessment and he explained everything to me very clearly and ensured that I understood the process as we went along. My system ended up being installed a week earlier than initially planned which was fantastic. The installers were great, they left everything clean and tidy and explained the app to me before they left. There has been step by step communication by way of email, text and phone call all the way through so I have known where I stand throughout the entire process. My system has been active for almost a week now and I am already seeing the savings in real time on my AGL app. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get Solar through Smart Energy. They have been fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend anyone thinking of Solar to reach out to Smart Energy. You won’t regret it!

Jackson made the whole experience so easy and wonderful. He is such a lovely and helpful young man. He was extremely patient with us and explained everything in detail. Terrible company you may be on the phone by 2 plus hours trying to get through with something important about your bill. I seem to be calling them regularly about the bill. They just leave you hanging on. No phone back or anything.

I decided to have a solar panel system installed. Supplier #1 sent me a quote by email, when I tried to contact them by telephone & messages, no reply. Supplier #2 sent me a quote by email, all OK, kept in touch by emails, advised me of installation date, nobody turned up, salesman etc. were not contactable. Supplier #3 "Smart Energy" I received random phone call re would I be interested in Solar. What a difference a day makes, Salesman was very helpful, everything went smoothly, installation etc. all happened as it was supposed to. They have a great support team that contact me regularly to enquire how I am & how the system is. Also most importantly, the price quoted covered everything NO EXTRAS

We have had 2 solar systems installed in our 2 homes, 2 years apart by Smart Energy team and have been more than happy on both occasions. The most recent installation was with batteries and made an amazing difference with great results on our energy bill. Great qualty products with exceptional customer service, especially from Jackson Burke who was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The installers were very friendly, punctual and tidy.

My Smart Energy specialist Alannah was extremely helpful and informative with her knowledge of my solar energy requirements and the Q Cell system while the installation team was efficient and hard-working. The systems on both my houses are working well and have made a big difference to my electricity bills.

Jonathon Stone is a very personable salesman. Knows his business and as we were sceptical about solar energy convinced us that to convert was a money saver and good idea. Scepticism was based on solar water heating over thirty five years ago which was moderately successful. The install was conducted efficiently, rubbish removed and tidy when finished. The app was successfully installed for me on my mobile. The guys were very courteous and the electricity was only cut for an hour. Minimal impact on us.
