Couldn’t be happier
From initial dealings with the representative who booked in my assessment through to installation the whole process has been seamless. Shahzad completed my assessment and he explained everything to me very clearly and ensured that I understood the process as we went along. My system ended up being installed a week earlier than initially planned which was fantastic. The installers were great, they left everything clean and tidy and explained the app to me before they left. There has been step by step communication by way of email, text and phone call all the way through so I have known where I stand throughout the entire process. My system has been active for almost a week now and I am already seeing the savings in real time on my AGL app. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get Solar through Smart Energy.
