Shazad Ali, the sales rep, was honest, respectable and very informative. He was quite helpful in organising the installation date as we had trouble cleaning the roof prior.

Kerry Smart did an excellent job informing us of how the system works and the benifits. Told us the system not the cheapest but highlighted the systems advantages without critising the other systems. Thusly were able to make an informed decission and completely happy to have the system installed.

From the outset, the team were informative, on time and delivered as promised. It's early days yet, but panels and battery are performing as advertised - the battery app lets us see what's happening between, panels to home use - to the battery and to or from the grid. Test will be when the electricity bill arrives.

Overall the experience with this company has been great. From the initial information meeting which covered all facets of the product to the installation process. The installation was performed extremely well by two professional electricians.

From the day Sarah your representative knocked on my door to the day it was installed I found Smart Energy amazing. Sarah was so friendly and went into so much detail explaining the advantages to have Solar Panels installed. Sarah was so easy to talk. Even when I explained to her it may be months before I could have solar panels installed as my Insurance Company was going to replace my roof as soon as all the rain stopped. It was months and as soon as they finished replacing my roof I rang Sarah to tell her and she had it booked in for the following week. The Solar installers were wonderful and did a great job with the installation. Setting me up with an App. I would recommend Smart Energy to everybody.

To start with the service was terrific. Every couple of days we would get a message updating when our panels were to be installed. However with wet weather they had to be delayed three times and I had to contact Smart Energy to find out what was happening. It had been rescheduled 3 times without us being notified and then the actual installer contacted me at 10pm the night before to say they would be here at 7am the next day. I felt let down by Smart Energy not keeping in touch with us. I didn't feel it was my job to contact you all the time.

All the guys from Smart Energy were polite, efficient, friendly, respectful and super workers. The first contact with Jayden was polite and calm, no pressure at all, and the follow up with Eli was even better as he knew how to explain without haste and he knew everything about the system. He was absolutely delightful to talk to through the process. The installation went without an incident. The lovely boys arrived on time completely prepared and were finished early and went immediately on to the next job. All in all I am so very happy and I’m looking forward to low power bills from now on and if you haven’t thought about solar yet, don’t hesitate with all the wonderful sunshine we get it’s a no brainer and what is best for our environment.

I had 19 solar panels put in about 2years ago and was getting a feed in price of 19c from my supplier. That soon changed & they reduced fed to 7c my last bill rose by a staggering 47%, & would rise further. Smart Energy put in a battery for me. Now my home runs off solar & battery. NO MORE rip off power bills.
