My initial meeting with Bradley convinced me it was a progressive step to add a battery to my solar panels system. Bradley had analysed from my last energy bill that I was losing half my generation back to the grid. A battery addition had been on my mind for some time. I was very happy too, that the battery installation could be delayed a couple of months to accommodate my financial position, and still at the quoted cost. The installation day went well although my electrical system needed upgrading in the garage where the battery was to be installed . Bradley explained this to me on the day after the electrician had contacted him. Now my garage is ready for a future addition to get an EV. Many thanks to Bradley for his friendly interaction, both in person and on the phone.

Sales agent was not pushy or overselling the product but knew her stuff. Top quality components were offered first so knew i was not being sold rubbish. Installation was on time, quick and neat. There was some back and forth on panel layout options and response was again, quick. A month in the results are very good. Looking forward to what longer daylight hours brings.

Right from the start, my experience with Smart Energy has been exceptional. From the appointment booking to my appointment with Harry and lastly to the actual installation of extra panels and battery. Harry was delightful and he made me feel that he was looking out for my best interests at all times. During the interview he even rang up a colleague to confirm that his package choice for me was the best suited for my situation. When Harry was chosen as an employee of Smart Energy, they definitely chose the best. The installers were top notch also, arriving on time and very respectful and communicated to me through the process what was going on. I also was impressed how they communicated to each other to ensure the process was seamless from start to finish! Overall a 5 star rating in all aspects. Including the follow up call I received today to make sure all was ok and if I had any more questions. Thank you Smart Energy. I will definitely be recommending you to others.

Jakob was a pleasure to deal with went out of his way to help us with any queries we had and had a strong product knowledge. Installers were terrific to deal with as well

The consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. The installer was fast and efficient. The system was up and running by the end of the day. The work site was left completely tidy.

Our first point of contact with the company was with a very pleasant young man named Dom followed by a meeting with a friendly and informative sales rep named Fazrizio?sp. The installation was carried out by Andrew and I am sorry that I forget the name of his coworker. Andrew is a very competent and neat installer who again outlined the steps being taken to get the system up and running. Overall a very good first impression of the company resulted from the professionalism and courtesy extended to us by the company employees
