Gavin sorts out the electricity and gas companies. Better than being on the phone to them for hours and hours. We have quite a few electric and gas accounts so this helps me a lot. One account has been a pain but he has been there and sorted them for me.

Terrible company you may be on the phone by 2 plus hours trying to get through with something important about your bill. I seem to be calling them regularly about the bill. They just leave you hanging on. No phone back or anything.
