They charged me instantly however I never received a confirmation email & now there’s not even a record of me ordering! Over $200 worth!

The process was simple start to finish. Uploading and adjusting photos was a breeze. Our prints arrive quickly and in great condition. These framed (but lightweight) prints were easy to hang as well. Customer service also went above and beyond for us! Will be recommending and using Smallwoods again!

Products were of excellent quality, fast shipping & email replies & the best part of all - was the over the top customer service from not one, but multiple emplyees! I really REALLY love my canvas' but I also cannot brag enough on the nice & helpfulness of the employees I was in contact with!

Ordering Christmas pictures for my DIL and I wanted them to be just right, I got emails regularly updating me on how we could make the picture better until we got it just like it needed to be for the best picture! I would not even think of using another company. Customer service is everything!! And they excel in it.
Awful, I ordered 2 8 x 10 photos in frames for gifts. I uploaded in HD from the photographers website. They came blurry pixilated on some weird card stock. I was just looking for a normal glossy 8 x 10 in a custom frame. Did not want to gift this as a Christmas gift!!!! So I reached out to customer service and they said send a pic of the photo, so I did. According to them that meets their quality standards!! What a joke, no refund or a way to try to make customer happy with what I actually ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
i am in love with the canvas prints we ordered! 2 of our prints got damaged in transit and their customer service was beyond amazing. Nicole, the lady that helped me was so quick to respond and really went above and beyond to make it all right. i will definetly order from them again.

Our order has been lost since December 2 and Smallwoods won't send another order to get our pictures by Christmas and they won't provide a refund. So we are stuck with no Christmas gift and no refund to purchase another gift for our parents. Their investigation of this will take up to 3-5 weeks before a refund can be issued. Terrible experience. This was my first and last experience with them! Will not order with them again!
I have been ordering poster size prints from Smallwood for a while now for a "family gallery" I have been creating. The quality is wonderful. For the first time, there was an issue with one order, and NOW, after dealing with their customer support department, I am an even bigger fan of the company. They took the time to understand, research and completely resolve the problem to my total satisfaction. Service was flawless. Thank you Smallwood. Second time ordering and completely disappointed. Their quality must have gone down significantly since the first time I ordered from them. My first order was 4, 20 x 30 prints that came out great. The quality is decent enough for such large prints especially compared to the printing companies suggested by professional photographers. They weren’t perfect but were still great for the price ($220 before tax). Second time ordering was specifically for Christmas presents. A lot of these bad reviews seem to be regarding Christmas presents. It seems like they got really busy and quality took a hit. I ordered 2, 20 x 30s and 2, 8 x 10s. The larger prints came out fine but the 8 x 10s came out blurry/pixelated. One of the photos I used, I ordered in both large and small sizes and the large print was fine but the small print was blurry/pixelated. Clearly a printing quality issue. I reached out to CS and they seem to be giving everyone the same bad response. “Your custom photos went through and passed our QC. Therefore you aren’t qualified for a refund or reprint.” Really unfortunate since this was an affordable printer that used to be decent quality. I could’ve printed my 8 x 10s at CVS at probably a better quality for a fraction of the price.

Horrible customer service! I paid $53 for an item, sent it back because it’s not what I expected and am only getting back $28. It’s ridiculous that I don’t get the full amount back AND have to pay for shipping back. Nobody else does this, especially whenever we have spent so much money with them over the years. No more from me or my family and will be telling everyone I know not to order from them.
When the 25”x17” family picture was delivered, it was somewhat blurry. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement. Apparently, with my first order, I failed to send the original print which didn’t have the correct pixels. Smallwood Home agreed to replace the picture once I sent them the correct picture. Thank you for your fine work. We have been using Smallwood Homes to print our family pictures for several years and will continue to in the future. I especially liked that I could just order the prints and reuse the frames we had from our past Smallwood photos which saved money. Thanks again, Cathy Mason A happy Smallwood Home customer
