They charged me instantly however I never received a confirmation email & now there’s not even a record of me ordering! Over $200 worth!

Nicole went over and beyond ! This was my first time ordering and instad of giving up on me she walked me through and explained how to upload different things for my future purchases. The print I ordered was not true to color, it was printed on some cheap, light, Styrofoam feeling material and it has a large "Wrinkle" in the bottom left of the photo. There is no way to hang it. I filled out the form online, received an email survey for customer support, but no one has contacted me. I requested a refund and information to return this as I cannot gift it as intended for Christmas. Nothing! No refund, no contact, no call. Never again!
I have received two damaged prints in back to back orders. The initial print I received was bent and improperly put in the frame so it arrived damaged. Customer service replaced it after a week. But when the new replacement print arrived it was also damaged with a large bent mark across the print. I believe it was packaged already damaged. The shipping box was in perfect condition. So seems to be a quality control issue. I submitted another request for reprint but have not received a response. Now I am 5 days away from Christmas with no family portrait to gift my parents. Huge bummer…
I was pleased with the discounts I received, however once my order arrived, I was less than pleased. Disappointed the shipping process does not protect the frames at all. Disappointed I received damaged items, missing items and received duplicate items. I was disappointed with the customer service process to rectify the situation. It was lengthy and quite frankly an inconvenience.
Claribel reached out letting me know there was an issue with my address and helped me resolve it quickly which enabled my order to go to production! So thankful for the how quickly she got this issue fixed!
Items were not as expected. Did a return and was supposed to get a refund but only got an incredibly small amount refunded back. Not the customer service experience you want to go through. Sometimes it’s better to go with bigger businesses rather than the small ones.
A model for all other organizations to follow when it comes to providing a top tier product accompanied by exceptional service.

Terrible. I got a picture for my mom for the holidays. She requested them for some reason so I went with them. It came in blurry and opened and it’s a week until Christmas and hasn’t responded to my claim ticket. They asked for pictures and sent them and haven’t heard anything. This is seriously ridiculous. This picture ment a lot to my mom and I’m not gifting her a blurry picture
I ordered Christmas ornaments for Christmas they sent me damaged products (3 out of 4) and one with the photo in the punch hole. I made share the edit was done properly. They sent bad work, and just informed me today they sent out proper ornaments. They will not be here till after Christmas I have nothing to give now. I can’t even believe for the price they that those were acceptable. I will be putting in a dispute. That’s not fair to punish me for bad quality work.

My fav company!!! So thankful for Nicki and all her help on my order. I have shopped with Smallwood previously a few times and so they are definite “go to” when I’m in need of large prints. I placed my third order and for the first time, it was delivered damaged (previous orders were perfect) so I didn’t know how they customer service would be BUT of course it was perfect! Nicki went above and beyond to make sure I got new prints ordered asap! I received the replacement in less than a week! Thank ya’ll so much! Won’t be the last time I order!!! Love you guys!
I am extremely satisfied with Small Wood Home products as well as their Customer Service. I wasn’t real pleased with my first Hanging art item as it had some minor damage, but through the recommendation of my Home Decorator, I ordered a few other items including another complimentary hanging art picture. The quality was excellent on all my new items. After comparing the two wall art items, I decided to return the first one. Although the time limit for returns on my first item had expired, they are sending me a new one. I am very thankful and appreciate of their quality products and customer service.
I ordered some of the larger prints/frames, and reached out WITHIN MY WINDOW for warranty as the frames were twisted. Nearly a 2 inch gap off the wall of the bottom right corner. I sent photos, and they requested the pictures of the issue were taken on a flat surface laying down, though the vertical pictures clearly showed the issue. I followed back up on the same thread as there was no resolution and provided the same pictures AND additional pictures of them laying on the ground. They see the issue and "understand the frustration", but since I'm not in my window, they are not taking any accountability. Keep in mind, I put a warranty ticket in within the window, and followed up on the same thread. They said proof of damage was not sent in time, but we have pictures in the email chain immediately after they were delivered and hung that show what the issue is, and they had responded to the issue already. All three of the frames are twisted in the same way, so it's clearly a manufacturing issue. Horrible customer service. Satisfaction is not in their way of doing business, so you better hope they come out perfect the first time.
Got my order very quickly. One of my frames was cracked, I emailed in with a photo and they had a new one shipped out ASAP. Great service, love the product!
I ordered 7 large photos to blow up some wedding memories! They came and were GORGEOUS but two of the frames were damaged. I emailed customer support, the process through their website was so simple. You click on the photo so they know which came damaged and then add photos to show them. They were quick to respond even over the weekend! They’re sending replacement photos and I don’t even have to return these. Since they’re damaged I can just discard of them. I would definitely order from here again. I can’t wait to hang them 🤍
Definitely a stand up company! I had a couple of issues with my order and was given a full refund, no questions asked. They always replied quickly and did everything they could to make it right.
I ordered a 20x30 canvas and the first print arrived blurry. Customer service was wonderful and they reprinted it immediately and the new canvas is beautiful! I am so thrilled!! Great product and great customer service!
