La fecha estimada de llegada no fue muy certera. Creo podrian decir un rango aproximado de días en vez de un día solo. Después el servicio está muy bien.

Salió todo perfecto, llegaron a casa en el orario qué había elegido retiraron las 3 valijas y después llegaron a mi nueva casa el día que decían, sin ningún daño, me llamaron pq no estaba en casa y me esperaron 5 minutos hasta que llegue, muchísimas gracias seguro seguiremos utilizando el servicio. Esta empresa es un fraude, no da respuestas, no les importa el cliente, me hicieron perder 3 días y yo tuve que moverme a resolver porque ellos no lo hacen. Si quieren tener un buen viaje JAMÁS UTILICEN ESTE SERVICIO, ES UNA PORQUERIA
We sent 3 big items with them for a period abroad for a family of 4 (2 of 30 kgs each and 1 of 20 kgs.). The tríp was planned to take few days, from France to Spain. All looked perfect... 2 out of the 3 arrived with delay. The 3rd one never. The suitcase arrive 1 month after expected delivery and we have bren one week trying to know when it will be delivered. Our Review it is not only due to what we may have lost, but also because we get everytime different Info on the Phone & email - thats not the way I imagined to spend my holidays. We are now 1 month after forecasted delivery date and we only got a proposal for being paid an amount that was not paid... Lets see.
Es una estafa. Nunca vienen a por las maletas. No paran de poner escusas. Aquí se paga porque vengas a un días y a una hora, cosa que deberían de tener en cuanto sabiendo que son viajes y tienes un horario programado. Empiezan a darte escusas de que la direccion está mal, de que ahora es que los días son aproximados... total una estafa. Se quedan con tu dinero y por tu casa no aparece nadie. Estafadores. No contrates con ellos.

Es la cuarta vez que utilizo este servicio y francamente diré que veo progreso a través del tiempo, he tenido problemas para completar los módulos pero la asistencia on Line y la comunicación telefónica me ayudaron a superarlos, la caja llegó en tiempo y forma. Muchas gracias !!
