Ordered shoes … no confirmation invoice and therefore can’t track why shoes I have ordered and paid for haven’t arrived. I have tried to connect and no response. Not impressed so far.
I have sent several requests for someone to call me about returns and labels that I need printed as I can’t access them, but no one has responded and my time frame window to send back is closing
So disappointing! I’ve been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks. Got an email to tell me it was being processed almost 3 weeks after an email telling me my returns had arrived. Have sent 3 on line messages and no response. Shockingly poor customer service. One order but needed to pay £1.99 x3 for returns. Will never order from this site again. No Other online retailers take over 3 weeks to refund Absolutely disgraceful service overall.

Hi I can honestly say your team are fantastic I’ve had a few returns and there was never a problem but the last return I had seamed to take a lot longer than most so I left it a good few weeks then I contacted your chat team and they were very helpful I didn’t have my receipt for the return package but I got a full refund that’s why I gave yous five stars as it was my fault I lost it and by rights yous didn’t need to refund me my money which yous have and my delighted one very happy customer
The clothes are lovely, but both times I've returned something I've had to chase for a refund. I do wonder what would happen if I didn't do this! Realised it had been 20 working days since they received it this morning, and strangely when I contacted them the refund had been processed that morning. Come on Silkfred, people shouldn't need to chase you for money. Lets an otherwise great company down

Good quality clothes which is unique to Silk Fred. Goods are a little expensive for some people, however, if you need a outfit for a special occasion then I would recommend to family and friends to go check out SF *****
After applying for a return of the dress, I waited almost 3 weeks for a refund and paid an additional fee of 2.99 for a return that no one wrote anywhere is a rip-off

Bought a gorgeous Bright Blue dress and was so impressed with quality of it. I wore it will to a wedding and had so many compliments on it - amazing!
The products are of good quality and the customer service is excellent.
After returning the items and seeing them processed on 14th/15th May I had still not received my refund by 4th June so I emailed requesting they pay me as I had waited long enough. Miraculously they said they had processed my refund that morning!!! I finally received the money to my account on 6th June but was very disappointed to see they had deducted 3x £2.99 for postage. That’s £2.99 for each item returned not per parcel which I consider excessive and unfair. Due to the time it took to pay me and the amount they charged for postage I am sorry to say I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to others.
