Still waiting for refund 3 weeks after return Do not adhere to there own refund policy Poor quality items that are sized far too small. How much money are you making on holding onto customers money after supplying poor quality items Order number was 10865994 Will never order again and advise everyone else to avoid This is in breach of the law as stated on the CAB website The seller has to pay you the refund within 14 days. The 14 days start the day after they receive proof you posted the item or they receive the item – whichever happens first.

Had an error issue and had excellent service to resolve my problem

My ordered arrived really quickly which was fantastic but unfortunately it was too big...i didn't have a clue how to download a returns form. So emailed..within minutes I got a reply. A very friendly and very helpful reply. My query was dealt with instanly.Thank you so much...for being so efficient,quick and most of all friendly

Ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding. Was very reasonably priced and was a little dubious when ordering that the quality may not be great. However I was blown away when it arrived. Absolutely loved it! Fitted perfectly and the colour was exactly as advertised. Arrived within 3 days. Very impressed and will definitely order from SilkFred again

Great variety of clothing Easy to order Easy returns

Ordered with silk Fred so many times over the years and Some lovely clothes and good customer Service but unfortunately £2.99 PER ITEM returns has put me off ordering again , I’ve lost almost £20 on returning 6 items of clothing. They also don’t have Qr codes to return either so if your like me and don’t have a printer and not much free time you are screwed! Not to mention more money it Costs you having to print return labels at the library instead all in all I’ve lost £25 from doing an order with silk Fred. I would advise not to order unless you’re 100% on the item and size.

The charge for delivery is beyond too high and on top of that you get charged for return to a very poor quality clothing.

I ordered my usual size, size 12, and it fits like it was tailored for me. Beautiful dress….. soooo flattering, so much more in real life than on the website. Hangs so well and doesn’t crease. Complimented by many friends and family. Delivered really quickly, fully recommend X

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a dress which didn't arrive on time (problem with courier). SF agreed with no fuss to refund express delivery charge. Really impressed by their quick no nonsense response.

I had not received a tracking number. I emailed Silkfred.com, and less than 24 hours I received it. They are a great company with good communication skills.

I wont be using Silkfred again, everything ordered came in relatively good time, out of everything I ordered most went back as sizing or quality was not fab, once received by them it took three weeks to get my refund, and then they also took out postage for every company used, I'm sorry but it doesn't take 3 weeks to process a refund in this day and age, I also don't think I should have to pay 3 lots of returns, I ordered once its not my fault it comes from different companies, I didn't order it from different companies but from one which was silkfred, so I definitely wont be using again

Lovely dress fits true to size

As with other reviews - returns take a very long time. I'm at 14 days (not working days to be fair, which is what their policy states) and haven't received it yet. Comparing to another similar company to which I posted returns on the same day as this one, I received that refund 9 days ago. You also have to print the label yourself which is not standard practice anymore and much less convenient than the barcode/QR code way of other companies. They have a great choice of brands for various budgets, but the trouble with the refund process makes it not worth ordering.
