I can't praise this Company enough. Not only are the clothes beautiful the recent customer service i experienced was second to none. Helen was an absolute star, professional, helpful and very responsive. Silk Fred will be my new go to Company and I can't recommend them enough. If I could I would have given them more stars.

I have been a Customer of SILKFRED for many years and will remain so for many more. Special Thanks go to TAMSIN of Customer Service, she makes every tiny "issue" look like a piece of cake. Nothing is too much of a hassle for her. I needed to return items from the EU (my own fault), and she couldn't have been more helpful. My local Post Office was a nightmare, but Tamsin refunded me everything in a jiffee, absolutely professional and Customer-orientated. Their dresses are so precious and gorgeous, if You are a woman of Style, do not look anywhere else. Quality is amazing and sizes spot-on. Thank You so much, Silkfred, and especially TAMSIN, for letting me wear Your wonderful stuff and being so patient with me 🙏🫶

Ordered 2 dresses in different sizes. Kept 1 and returned the other (over a month ago). Ive had confirmation they’ve received my order - it’s been 14 working days in line with their policy (almost 3 weeks) and no refund. I’ve now had to chase my money. Fed up of online retailers not sticking to their refund policies and constantly having to chase for refunds is exhausting.

Very quick and efficient customer service.

I bought a dress and it did not fit correctly so I have returned it and have requested a refund. The refund process takes a long time - this should not be the case in 2025. It took around a week for them to acknowledge receipt and I have to wait over two more weeks to be refunded. So I won't get my refund for almost a month. In comparison with other online retail stores - this is not good - considering purchasing the outfit is the only way you can try it on. I will never shop again with this company - returning items is a pain.

I ordered two items and one arrived before the other . I wasn’t sure so I emailed silk Fred to ask and they got back to me very quickly and on that day the other item arrived ! The clothes are lovely and the customer service was great. Thank you

Ordered 2 dresses, arrived quickly but did not look like the photos and very poor quality. Returned and received a confirmation over a month ago but no refund. Chased up to see where the refund was and was told it was being processed ‘that morning’ and I would receive a shall. No email and no refund received. Very poor customer service that customers have to chase for a refund. Feels very disingenuous. Update - now I’ve given a bad review the company have contacted Trustpilot saying they don’t recognise me as a customer despite the many emails I have from them confirming both the order, the web chats and the refund. Shocking!!

The dress I purchased was gorgeous but a little revealing for me so I needed to return it - super helpful!

Very poor quality dresses for the price and sizing does not seem accurate. Only kept one out of four dresses ordered. Had email to say returns had been received 12 days ago....still no refund and having read other reviews here unlikely I will receive it within 14 days stated. I returned items to a higstreet cloths shop the other day and refunded within 24hours .... honestly don't know why silk Fred takes this long?🤷 I wouldn't order from this company again.
