No refund despite chasing

Ordered 2 dresses, arrived quickly but did not look like the photos and very poor quality. Returned and received a confirmation over a month ago but no refund. Chased up to see where the refund was and was told it was being processed ‘that morning’ and I would receive a shall. No email and no refund received. Very poor customer service that customers have to chase for a refund. Feels very disingenuous. Update - now I’ve given a bad review the company have contacted Trustpilot saying they don’t recognise me as a customer despite the many emails I have from them confirming both the order, the web chats and the refund. Shocking!!
