Returns/Refunds is a slow process
I bought a dress and it did not fit correctly so I have returned it and have requested a refund. The refund process takes a long time - this should not be the case in 2025. It took around a week for them to acknowledge receipt and I have to wait over two more weeks to be refunded. So I won't get my refund for almost a month. In comparison with other online retail stores - this is not good - considering purchasing the outfit is the only way you can try it on. I will never shop again with this company - returning items is a pain.
