Scoop Insurance Reviews

Tammy with scoop was AMAZING. I was hesitant to reach out and when Tammy helped me, I regret not having reached out sooner. She found me an amazing price for insurance and made the process so easy! I highly recommend Tammy~!

We just wanted to give a shout out to Anne Ikharo, she really helped us out to make sure we got our car insurance for car at the last minute as we had some issues getting our car insured due to a car modification. She continued to follow up with us through the week and worked hard to find us an insurance company that would accept the modification and still get us the best price she could. We really appreciated that she worked overtime to get our policy sorted before our old one expired the day before. She made our experience at Scoop a really positive one.

Found a great rate. Easy to talk to

Erin was amazing, helpful and kind.

Great customer service by agent who signed me. Transfered three vehicles from another broker. Saved me money in my new policy. He stayed past his shift then followed up with me next morning as promised. PJ was agent's preferred name.

As for the Company Scoop I just joined so cannot rate them yet. But the sales lady CASSIE was excellent and very helpful and professional.

The entire process of changing over insurance companies for 3 insured vehicles was smooth and quick. Erin answered all my questions professionally and promptly. The savings we had were considerable with almost identical coverage.

Unreasonable unilateral increases in premiums, incompetent and impolite support, lots of misinformation.

Condo. Insurance :Broker was knowledgeable and helpful.Price was reasonable for now .Gave 4 stars instead of 5 since broker took too long to respond to my call

Dominic Gordon was a total professional handling our house and car policy. I was very impressed. The price was good also, which made it an easy choice. I’ll be passing his name on to my friends and grown children for all their insurance needs

Great and helpful staff. Found me a good rate for my insurance needs!

I told my broker only apply for mandatory coverages, but he added an additional coverage for family protection coverage without explanation. It took me a lot of time to call you to cancel it. Also, it takes too much time to connect to you by phone, and couldn't reach out to you by email.

Alex got me the best deal on my house and car much better than what I was paying and with a better insurance company. He was professional and answers e-mails and questions very fast.

Everything went well and my agent was very effective. She got things done quickly and with no issue

My Broker Ashley did a first class job of getting the guote, and paper work done very quickly. Gore Mutual Insurance along with Scoop has been great.

I had a very pleasant, non rushed conversation with customer service at Scoop. She went over all the steps in order to transfer my auto insurance over to Scoop. Within a short period of time, it was all completed. What impressed me the most is she initiated a suggestion as what would work for me the best as far as low cost insurance for my particular circumstances. I felt she was looking out for my best interests .

I just started a policy with Scoop and the service so far has been very good.

I got a great premium for car and home insurance.

great customer service and support. Helped find the best policy

I was given a call immediately after looking up home insurance on the website which shows that company is proactive. New home insurance sign up process was quick and efficient. Great customer service
