VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE
I had a very pleasant, non rushed conversation with customer service at Scoop. She went over all the steps in order to transfer my auto insurance over to Scoop. Within a short period of time, it was all completed. What impressed me the most is she initiated a suggestion as what would work for me the best as far as low cost insurance for my particular circumstances. I felt she was looking out for my best interests .
