Started using scan for my recent server build and availability of parts and speed of delivery was second to none, customer support is also helpful and you don't have to go through bunch of bots to speak to a human.

The help received was second to none! I had an issue with a RTX 5070 that I'd purchased in march, constant blue screens and just overall poor performance. I got in touch with SCAN stating these problems. The next day I received a reply from Adrian J asking for my specs etc and if I'd tried certain troubleshooting fixes. After giving my answers I was sent a returns label and told it would get tested for faults. Once received at their end, they tested it and surely enough a fault was present. The card I originally ordered was out of stock until the 5th of September so I was offered an equivalent to the price I'd paid originally or wait for it to come back into stock. The card I ordered was a slightly better card but the same price due to being on offer, Adrian arranged for this to be sent to me the next day. I can't fault the process at all and can only say I'm very grateful for the help I got from Adrian J.

I recently bought the MSI MAG 321UP OLED monitor from Scan UK, and I couldn't be more impressed. The price was competitive, the delivery was quick, and the monitor itself is outstanding. The OLED display offers vibrant colors, deep blacks, and smooth performance—perfect for both gaming and productivity. Setup was straightforward, and the build quality is solid. Scan's showroom in Horwich is fabulous - an amazing array of incredible products - computers, gaming rigs, digital pianos, electric drums, guitars, synths, and more. It's great to be able to see items in the flesh, and loads are plugged in and ready to be used. There's nice atmosphere and a sense that should you want to have a go on something, you can. No one bothers you, or pressures you. The place is so good I can imagine people travelling from miles to visit - they should! I bought a little synth I'd seen online and, because I live nearby, used the occasion to pop in, rather than just order online. I have used their online service, however, and it is second to none. The staff are friendly and courteous, and I'm already looking forward to going back.

Sent a monitor back to them since it had artificing after 3 months of buying it, DPD broke it in transit it and they told me they couldn't do anything because "the box was too big" because of the height of the box, The monitor fit snuggly in the bottom of the box so much that the denting the box had caused damage to the monitor and they refused to even bother contacting DPD about it.

Placed multiple orders with scan over the years and each time the service has been superb, next day delivery and the team on the phone are always happy and positive minded to answer and queries. I would just like to give the whole team at Scan who have dealt with my PSU issue (some 18 months after I purchased it) a big thank you for making the whole process of returning the item such a stress free, efficient and, most of all, very professional experience. We've bought several different things in the past. This time wr bought a Yamaha keyboard. We ordered it on Monday (Bank Holiday), and arrived the next day. The price was great, the delivery was fast and the quality of the product is very good.
