Best RMA Experience Ever!
I would just like to give the whole team at Scan who have dealt with my PSU issue (some 18 months after I purchased it) a big thank you for making the whole process of returning the item such a stress free, efficient and, most of all, very professional experience. I have worked in the IT industry for four decades and in that time have raised technical issues with the likes of IBM, Computer Associates, Microsoft, HP, Dell and a host of others, and I have to say that Scan can hold its head high and count its customer service up there with the very best. Well done all! Scan will be my first port of call for any of my future purchases and I will be singing your praises to anyone and everyone!
