The help received was second to none
The help received was second to none! I had an issue with a RTX 5070 that I'd purchased in march, constant blue screens and just overall poor performance. I got in touch with SCAN stating these problems. The next day I received a reply from Adrian J asking for my specs etc and if I'd tried certain troubleshooting fixes. After giving my answers I was sent a returns label and told it would get tested for faults. Once received at their end, they tested it and surely enough a fault was present. The card I originally ordered was out of stock until the 5th of September so I was offered an equivalent to the price I'd paid originally or wait for it to come back into stock. The card I ordered was a slightly better card but the same price due to being on offer, Adrian arranged for this to be sent to me the next day. I can't fault the process at all and can only say I'm very grateful for the help I got from Adrian J.
