“Scan are always helpful and knowledgeable when I need advice on customising a PC regarding compatibility of components and suitability for the computing tasks I require. I recently needed help when an Nvidia driver update caused a problem ("No GPU installed" according to device manager, and no external monitors). The support agent, Jack McGuinness, was very prompt with email replies and also phoned me a couple of times to check how I was doing - throughout a bank holiday weekend. He guided me through uninstalling the faulty driver and installing an older version, with links to the downloads. His diagnosis was correct and his fix worked. This recently purchased laptop is my third PC from Scan over the years and I thoroughly recommend them.”
