Scan's showroom in Horwich is fabulous - an amazing array of incredible products - computers, gaming rigs, digital pianos, electric drums, guitars, synths, and more. It's great to be able to see items in the flesh, and loads are plugged in and ready to be used. There's nice atmosphere and a sense that should you want to have a go on something, you can. No one bothers you, or pressures you. The place is so good I can imagine people travelling from miles to visit - they should! I bought a little synth I'd seen online and, because I live nearby, used the occasion to pop in, rather than just order online. I have used their online service, however, and it is second to none. The staff are friendly and courteous, and I'm already looking forward to going back.
