Rafay helped me on live chat and was very patient with all my questions. They helped me put together my first custom-built PC. Completely amazing help compared to other custom build places and actually wanted to help and help me understand rather than sell me more.

Okay, so I am a firm believer in forgiving and forgetting, if a company or person improves in how they deal with me. Scan Computers went above and beyond to source a hard to get hold of item, that all other retailers list at a much higher price, or never have any in stock. Not only did Scan source the item, it was a solid TWO HUNDRED POUNDS cheaper with Scan Computers! WELL DONE Scan Computers. I am now going to remove my negative review of your company, that I left 5 years ago.

These guys are totally on the ball when it comes to customer service. I bought a hard drive from them and within the warranty period it sadly started to fail. Scan were quick to get things moving on the return and replacement. The whole process was so easy, efficient and painless, I was super impressed. I now have a replacement hard drive and have restored all my data. Prices are great too.

Fab company, been buying from them for decades. Great prices, best website and fast delivery.

PayPal credit option was useless, it just redirected me to a pay now PayPal journey where I ended up paying the whole basket in one go!

It was really straightforward, excellent selection of components and stuff. Some PC Companies are very restrictive in what you can and can't have even if what you are after is perfectly fine.

Great case, excellent experience. A bit pricey but quality is outstanding.

I have used scan for many years and always found the service to be excellent, I have not had to return any items however the shipping time is amazing usually next day on most items. When contacting Scan for sales support they were happy to help and price match the items I wanted as well as being extremely quick on responses and making the whole experience smooth, Thanks Guys :D

Easy navigating through the online store and found what I wanted, now I have to be patient as it was a pre order item, however the ordering and check out process were both great clear and easy. I have never had a problem with Scan, the manufacturers might let me down but so far Scan never has.

All the PC parts came in good except a corsair nightsowrd mouse which came without magnets in the mouse

Spoke to someone on the online chat, they helped me out by creating a basket to a budget I had set, from there I changed a few parts out and increased the budget and parts to suit the colour scheme I wanted, went back to chat and shared my basket. Where the staff member made sure everything was compatible and that I hadn't missed anything off. Added in my OS and basket was purchased, brilliant friendly and helpful from start to finish. 100% will definitely be back for any and all my computer needs, and will be recommending to all I know.
