Do not rent they gave me a filthy vehicle inside and out with damages to the interior. They also charge me a hidden fee that was more than the initial vehicle rental something about border fees. How would they know where I went? THEY CHANGED MY UNLIMITED MILES TO 20 CENT A MILE... UNFAIR PRACTICES... RUDE STAFF... HIDDEN FEES... RAGGEDY VEHICLES DO NOT RENT HERE

Could not complete rental because we are local.

Do not rent the car from them , totally waste

Always friendly staff. Though the car I picked up was not as clean and maintained as others I had from here. The front windshield had a film inside and it was raining when I picked up so didn’t notice until I was on the road. The backseat had a spill not previously cleaned up and the car itself felt a bit sluggish to drive.

Scam you on the insurance and the tolls. Just blatantly lied to my face and now they won't answer phone calls or emails

Fraud company! Our online booking was 147$, when we arrived they said we need to pay "additional fees" that added up to 650$!!! We refused and asked for a refund, they told us we can talk with their customer service, that refused to refund us and haven't respond to any of my emails since.

Be aware of extra charges with your not have told or when you inform staff directly not updating system.No answer email!and if you lucky to have responded is one wee will charge you any way!

Staff was efficient and friendly. Got me in and out without a problem. Return was easy and the shuttle service was safe and friendly

Biggest rip off ever…I was to pick up a car at the airport in Orlando. The agents were all from the Middle East, they did not honor their price on Travelocity, you had to use their SunPass and insurance, even though I had both. They refused me a car at midnight in the middle of no where, accused me of drinking.. I DONT drink! False rate advertising

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this rental car location. The front desk staff, particularly a young woman, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, she seemed uninterested in helping, barely acknowledging me and answering questions in a condescending manner. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially in an industry where people rely on assistance and clear communication. I expected a lot more professionalism, and I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

DO Not RENT FROM Routes RENTAL Car! Ripoff. Over charges by double. I bought rental insurance in Colorado and had a small accident. They charged me $4,000 for it and took me three months of calling to get to their insurance company, Crum Forster. The insurance company said they don’t handle Collision for them. Scammers!! You end up speaking to people in India and can’t ever reach anyone in the US. Now I need to sue them in court.

I was at the Atlanta airport very early in the morning but come 6:20 AM or 7:20 AM that shuttle was there the way they said every 20 minutes brought me directly to the place. The woman inside asked me what I’m there for. I thought that was kind of odd. I said I’m here for a car rental, then she asked what time I said 7 AM. She’s like well that’s 20 minutes from now. You might have to pay extra. I said no thank you I’ll sit here till seven then she smiled and said I’ll get you checked in and everything went smooth from there, I thought it was a little strange of an entrance greeting but other than that, the car has been great. It was full of gas , I noticed in my emails there’s about 12 photos of the car on the property before I left so they know what condition the cars in so take good care of it. Thank you for your assistance much better than dollar and thrifty at the Atlanta airport.
