Gave me the best car. Quick service. Sid did perfect service.

I booked a car and when the website processed it the dates changed. I cannot modify my reservation on the website and no on will answer a phone call.

Sid was very helpful in the whole process.

$65 of hidden fees at the counter on a $31 rental for a 30 year old. Stick with more reputable companies. Made a in theory cheap one day rental as expensive as hiring a performance car with other rental agencies.

This routes location forced me to buy insurance even though I already had insurance. $30 per day.

Mr. Eric Taylor, great man great employee pay more. Eric was the same person who picked me up from rental car station and the same one that dropped me off.

Was very easy to book a car with you. Really liked how quick and easy it was to follow the information requested.

Car was clean and good. Gas and windshield fluid full. Sid was friendly. Check in process took longer than I’d hoped and reading the contract on my phone was difficult. Rental Rates and the car itself great. Shuttle service to Viscount Station made it easy

I submitted a simple question to the website after making a reservation, and have not heard back after 1 week. Another time, I notified 48hrs prior that I would be returning the car one day early. I was refused a refund or a credit.

Horrible Service! Don't rent here. They don't answer the phone when you call on an existing reservation. Called for 2 days no answer. Finally had to call and pick the option that I wanted to do a new reservation to get someone to talk to me. Tried to cancel my reservation. My booking email said I can cancel up to 48 hours prior. (I am two weeks out). They said no cancellation as I gave them my credit card to hold the reservation so they took that as a "prepay". They said the will keep the full charge. I never prepaid - but I was required to give a credit card to hold the reservation. The guy said it was in the fine print. Have disputed with AMEX. Was told this was a common complaint with routes and they have reversed my charge. Net/Net - Don't rent with them if you need any type of service, need to call them for any reason, or need to make a change to your reservation. Update: after the posting routes.ca was no help but AMEX agreed and has reversed all charges associated with this rental. Beware!
