Onlkn e prices are not clear about insurance though i have one have to buy one

Not being able to rent with being a Colorado resident, and having that as a notice after confirming the booking. Should be stated while going the process to rent and should have flagged when I put my address in.

Update: I'm changing this to three stars now, as customer service eventually listened and refunded the extra charges. Too much unnecessary hassle with several emails back and forth, but I really appreciate that routes.ca acted in my interest as a customer now and solved this in a satisfactory manner. --- Another O'Hare fraudster company (there are plenty of those unfortunately...). Hassle-free is a joke, getting your car takes forever. The car drove okay, but had a distinct weed smell inside. Beware of unannounced extra charges related to their awkward "out of state border crossing fee". I informed the guy that I would leave Illinois for one evening in Wisconsin and he said that he would charge me for one day. Apparently, he added a charge for the full four days without telling me (that can be found under BCF in the rental contract, but no instructions were provided).

It is an easy-to-understand website with a very affordable price for a decent car.

The dates booked by your system were incorrect. There’s an issue when a request is made from the third-party site like Skyscanner and the dates do not translate correctly on your website to complete the booking. I updated the dates on your website when doing the booking, however they automatically revert back to incorrect dates. There’s a flaw in your Routes car rental website. You shouldn’t have to reselect the dates and after you’ve selected the correct dates and then they revert back to random dates. I now have a non refundable reservation that starts the day before I arrive and ending the day before I leave. I only discovered the error (again) on the confirmation email as the Routes website had it correct after I re-entered it a few times. Do not book on their site. Avoid! UPDATE: I told Routes about the issue on their site and even provided screenshots as I was skeptical about booking direct with them. Here's their reply.... "Dear Customer,​ I hope this email finds you well. Please be informed that there is no error on the website. As per our policy, all prepaid reservations are non-changeable, Non- non-cancelable, and Non- non-refundable. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns." Totally useless customer service :|

Actually very satisfied. Everyone at the desk was helpful, the pricing was good and the car was nice as well. Generally dealing with car rental places is full of frustration and the feeling of getting had. This is the second time I've used this Routes location and both times went very well. The front staff is very helpful and friendly which you don't see often anymore.

I interacted with Kalki at the Routes car rental in Denver. I was very impressed with the way. She handled the transaction and made a stressful situation very easy and comfortable. Extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend working with Kalki at the Denver airport rental.

This car rental agency is receiving first ever five star review I've given a car rental agency. I am shocked to be able to say, everything associated with this rental went as planned. The price was right, the customer service was top notch, The pickup and return were effortless, and the shuttle got me to and from the airport quickly. I thought I was going to have issues with reaching them on the telephone, but after a decent ly long wait on hold, I got through to someone. This is an off-site rental agency, But that was not an issue.

Stay away from this rental company. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they flat-out refused to give me the vehicle when I arrived at their location without any valid reason. I had to scramble for a last-minute booking with another company, paying an outrageously higher price because of their incompetence. To make it even worse, they took nearly a month to refund my money. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and avoid them at all costs.

Great prices super nice staff. I was helped by Kalki ! She was amazing and communication was on point. When I got to her window I was helped and out the door in 15 min. Line was longer that am but I was not on rush. Car is great, clean, with sun roof. Thank you for making my trip great ! Margaret
