Serious issues with your website and booking.
The dates booked by your system were incorrect. There’s an issue when a request is made from the third-party site like Skyscanner and the dates do not translate correctly on your website to complete the booking. I updated the dates on your website when doing the booking, however they automatically revert back to incorrect dates. There’s a flaw in your Routes car rental website. You shouldn’t have to reselect the dates and after you’ve selected the correct dates and then they revert back to random dates. I now have a non refundable reservation that starts the day before I arrive and ending the day before I leave. I only discovered the error (again) on the confirmation email as the Routes website had it correct after I re-entered it a few times. Do not book on their site. Avoid! UPDATE: I told Routes about the issue on their site and even provided screenshots as I was skeptical about booking direct with them. Here's their reply.... "Dear Customer, I hope this email finds you well. Please be informed that there is no error on the website. As per our policy, all prepaid reservations are non-changeable, Non- non-cancelable, and Non- non-refundable. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns." Totally useless customer service :|
