I paid for a mattress collection through collect your old bed. When I received the confirmation email, I’ve noticed the postcode provided was wrong - for some reason they assumed the postcode would be the billing address. I’ve tried to contact them but, as mentioned in other messages, it’s impossible to speak with them, their WhatsApp messages are automated and they never transfer it to an actual person. I’ve tried to contact Collect your bed but the contact number is the same as Rhenus. The deliver guy called me this morning and I tried to explain the situation, but he told me he wouldn’t be able to do anything. He told me that the company doesn’t reply because “they are too busy”.

La delegación de Valladolid, debe tener subcontratado el transporte y el personal es nefasto. Maleducados, vagos, me trajeron una lavadora, que estuvo varios días no se sabe donde, con recogida de la otra, y protestaron porque no haba sacado la lavadora averiada, ni siquiera saludaron, se fueron sin decir nada, y me dejaron el embalaje en casa. Ahora estoy a la espera de otro producto, y lo mismo, lleva retenido más de una semana. Tienen que montarlo y miedo me da que hagan lo mismo que la otra vez. Empresa nefasta.
Great delivery team, handled narrow entrance excellently. However, the web booking portal was a little inflexible, and I had to book via customer services. A better range of dates would be ideal.

Impossible to get hold of and no way of contacting. I have been waiting for a delivery for almost 2 weeks which is showing ‘On Hold’ - I was sent an email to book a delivery slot when clicking the link nothing shows and the option to contact is only via WhatsApp which is just automated responses no way of actually speaking to someone to find out where my order is. Even trying to contact them via the company I bought my order from they aren’t getting anywhere with them either. If someone sees this and is able to let me know where my order is I will take down this review - in the meantime it gets a 0* for me EDIT - was given a call after this review and told I would be contacted on Wednesday 30th with an update on my delivery and be told to give them a call by afternoon if I hadn’t heard back - they gave me number to call and low and behold they don’t take calls and directed to their useless WhatsApp which is automated only and never get through to anyone - will I ever receive my item?

Very helpful driver, I had multiple emails/texts providing me with information on delivery times, aswell as regular tracking updates & another text message when he was almost outside. He was very chatty & polite & also put my delivery where I asked him to. Thankyou so much!

Terrible experience. Had a delivery for a bed to a house that is currently not lived in. Receive message day before stating delivery will be between 3pm and 5pm. I organise for a relative to be there at 2:30 to wait for the parcel. Delivery guys call me at 12:45 to say they will be there in the next hour, I appreciate the call ahead but its over an hour early? Delivery guys turn up just after 2 and my relative arrives as soon as she can at 2:15, but they had already left. Charged £30 for missed delivery. This obviously frustrated me but I took it on the chin and rescheduled delivery. New delivery date (2 weeks later), text in AM stating delivery between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. Another text at 16:14 stating ETA of 16:48. No one turns up, so I call the driver at 5pm to see if hes arriving soon. “No sorry be with you in about an hour.” So now we are having to re arrange my evening to make sure I don’t miss the delivery and get charged a second time. We wait an hour, no one turns up, so I call again. I get told another 40 minutes. Now my girlfriend has had to miss out on her brothers birthday meal out just to make sure we dont miss this delivery. I know it clearly states delivery slots arent always 100% accurate but come on! I came to terms with the first delivery but to have this happen on the second time has really left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
