The service was easy to book with a choice of delivery days The pre-visit administration was trouble-free, and the service was punctual on the day. However, there was a misunderstanding over the number of items for collection as the bed base consisted of two bases not one. I'm not sure how important this was.

Excellent collection service. Kept me informed every step of the way. Called ahead to make sure someone was at home and arrived on time and without getting lost (most people find my house really hard to find). Two very friendly and helpful guys collected my item and immediately issued me with a proof of collection document. Very polite and well mannered and just made it a really easy and hassle-free transaction. Brilliant!
