Horrible costumer service
I paid for a mattress collection through collect your old bed. When I received the confirmation email, I’ve noticed the postcode provided was wrong - for some reason they assumed the postcode would be the billing address. I’ve tried to contact them but, as mentioned in other messages, it’s impossible to speak with them, their WhatsApp messages are automated and they never transfer it to an actual person. I’ve tried to contact Collect your bed but the contact number is the same as Rhenus. The deliver guy called me this morning and I tried to explain the situation, but he told me he wouldn’t be able to do anything. He told me that the company doesn’t reply because “they are too busy”.
