The guys were super helpful and polite

Regular updates on what time the delivery would be.The two gentlemen who delivered the bed were lovely and very helpful.

Due to the Birmingham City Council bin strike (where their bulky waste collections are also suspended), I was looking for another company that would collect two mattresses. Rhenus enabled/ a web based booking and payment to be made. Good communications were maintained throughout, including a courtesy telephone call on the day of collection. The mattresses were promptly collected and taken away for recycling. All in all, a completly efficent service! Recommended without any hesitation.

The company gave clear instructions on delivery schedule and were on time and arrived with a smile. Very helpful placing the goods where I requested. Very efficient and very friendly.

I'm absolutely delighted with my garden chairs, and the service provided was top notch! From when I ordered them, right through to delivery, I was kept updated on their journey, and given an expected time frame for arrival, which was spot on. Thank you!

Lovely friendly guys who delivered my mattress. Kept informed all the way from leaving the factory to delivery to my door. Very polite and nothing too much trouble. Delivered with care to our room of choice. Highly recommended. 5 stars all the way

I couldn't give higher than 3*, unfortunately, because the delivery was very late (supposed to be between 13:30 and 15:30). The delivery did eventually arrive 2 hours late, at @ 17:30. In the meantime though, no text to let me know whether they would be delivering that day.

I was continually give updates on the delivery, rigbt up to the last half an hour. The drivdrs were brilliant - very polite and efficient.

Tedious experience: had to deal with this delivery company several times as we ordered furniture from Dusk and Swyft. We repeatedly waited in all day, only for them to say we were not in. I see a missed call I didn't hear - can only imagine they rang for a second then hung up - and ring back straight away but apparently it's too late and we had missed our slot. The people I talked to couldn't care less and weren't helpful at all. I'm sure they just have enormous quotas to fulfill so they play these stupid games but still that's not okay. I would pay extra not to use them but unfortunately that's not always an option.

Brilliant, straightforward delivery. I was informed all the way through delivery of my sofa. I was given the option of a preferred delivery date and was kept updated with reminders of my delivery. I received a text the day before stating the four hour window for delivery the following day and received a phone call to inform me they were half an hour away on the day of delivery. The men who delivered were prompt, efficient and polite and placed the sofa inside. Very positive experience, keep up the good work, thank you.
