Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Unparalleled customer service!

Rebel Internet's customer service is unparalleled! I've never experienced anything quite like Rebel's customer service. Despite problems with Openreach installing fibre into my apartment building, Rebel kept me constantly updated every step of the way. When it became clear fibre installation was going to take longer than expected they got me set up with a standard connection at a discount as quickly as they could. Kristi & Kevin were the two people I dealt with on their support team and if anyone from Rebel reads this, MAKE SURE THESE TWO GET A NICE BONUS. As of writing this review Openreach are installing the fibre in my building so let's see how Rebel handle actually setting me up for the fibre I initially paid for...

Very satisfied

After over 3 Months of service, I am very satisfied. Only one incident of the service being down, a forced reset may have been the thing to fix it. Customer Service has been helpful upon its installation, never needed to call them since. I hope this company continues to uphold it's excellent standards of service and hope it thrives, as a customer I am extremely happy to find a Coaxial Supplier that has honest and trusting businesses standards between them and the paying customer. I have only one complaint, but it's not Rebel Internet at fault, I don't think so: Openreach, upon installing the new cable, instead of laying a new line independently for us, they mooched the cable off of the neighbours, this doesn't make me comfortable at all and consider it to be lazy and even irresponsible. Overall very happy otherwise. Thank you because I'd overwise be with one of the untrustworthy big internet companies. Thank you!

First class customer setvice

Having moved home this week and having fibre installed I had to contact Rebel support for the first time because my WiFi was not working. I emailed the support and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from one of their engineers. Unfortunately the problem was with Openreach but Rebel contacted them and arranged an engineer to come out first thing the following morning. They also contacted me to make sure it had been resolved. So refreshing to have such good customer service. A rarity in this industry.

You get what it says on the tin , pleasant phone staff , and a good price with no messing ! The Only hold up was β€œopen reach” waiting for a date for the groundwork to be done outside….other than that No complaints πŸ‘

I changed over from BT to rebel

I changed over from BT to rebel a few months ago now and all I can say is thank God! My partner is a gamer and my house basically runs of wifi so we require continuous reliable Internet. Which I'm please to say rebel have provided! We have had a couple complications but I'm pleased to say they have been fixed quickly. One almost taking over 2 weeks to be fixed BUT they have compensated me greatly for the loss of Internet and in the inconvenience it caused me and I am happy - very happy with the result 😊 they're are quick to respond via email and you can speak with an actual person if you get the correct number. I am so pleased I chose rebel rather than the another provider. I have used EE , BT in the past and I can easily say not one gave us the service or compensation rebel have given. Wifi that does actually work!!! Shout out to Kristi as well! such a star!

Speedy and Very Helpful Customer Service

I was very impressed with the speedy customer service, very much unlike the bigger companies who dont ever seem to have time for you, or require you to be in your house 6am-8pm every day for a month so they can fix the issue!! We'd just moved in and initially the wifi didnt connect, so I emailed customer service who responded within an hour and got an openreach engineer to come and fix the issue with some cables in my flat the following day. I was also assured that just because my contract had started, it didnt mean I was getting charged as this would only take effect once I had connection, and not before. Very impressed and I would definitely recommend.

Customer for life!!

After a truly frustrating experience with BT, who, despite multiple attempts, could never get my Grade II listed property properly set up with internet, I decided to give Rebel a try.
