First class customer setvice
Having moved home this week and having fibre installed I had to contact Rebel support for the first time because my WiFi was not working. I emailed the support and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from one of their engineers. Unfortunately the problem was with Openreach but Rebel contacted them and arranged an engineer to come out first thing the following morning. They also contacted me to make sure it had been resolved. So refreshing to have such good customer service. A rarity in this industry.
