Speedy and Very Helpful Customer Service
I was very impressed with the speedy customer service, very much unlike the bigger companies who dont ever seem to have time for you, or require you to be in your house 6am-8pm every day for a month so they can fix the issue!! We'd just moved in and initially the wifi didnt connect, so I emailed customer service who responded within an hour and got an openreach engineer to come and fix the issue with some cables in my flat the following day. I was also assured that just because my contract had started, it didnt mean I was getting charged as this would only take effect once I had connection, and not before. Very impressed and I would definitely recommend.
