Very satisfied
After over 3 Months of service, I am very satisfied. Only one incident of the service being down, a forced reset may have been the thing to fix it. Customer Service has been helpful upon its installation, never needed to call them since. I hope this company continues to uphold it's excellent standards of service and hope it thrives, as a customer I am extremely happy to find a Coaxial Supplier that has honest and trusting businesses standards between them and the paying customer. I have only one complaint, but it's not Rebel Internet at fault, I don't think so: Openreach, upon installing the new cable, instead of laying a new line independently for us, they mooched the cable off of the neighbours, this doesn't make me comfortable at all and consider it to be lazy and even irresponsible. Overall very happy otherwise. Thank you because I'd overwise be with one of the untrustworthy big internet companies. Thank you!
