Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

1 year and no issues

I’ve been with Rebel for a year and the internet has been brilliant, haven’t had any problems at all. I was a bit unsure signing up at first because I’d never heard of them and they were one of the only companies offering a 12 month contract at a reasonable price. But they’ve been absolutely brilliant and I’m moving house in a few weeks and want to keep the internet as it’s been so good, it only took a 5 minute call to change address and keep the contract rolling. Can’t fault the WiFi speed or customer service.

Real people. Makes a difference. Email support too.

Three days still to wait before Open Reach stick the new cable through my wall, but my dealings with Rebel's customer service people have been a positive breath of fresh air compared to others. I'm not too good on the phone, told them this, and asked for email replies. My previous ISP knew this too but seemed obsessed with the idea that a quick phonecall would solve all problems. It's not the answer for everyone. If you're a bit deaf or a bit autistic the phonecalls create an extra barrier ;-(. Josie at Rebel emailed me promptly and reassured me on a couple of points which were bothering me. Although Rebel's big selling point is 'Wifi that actually works', she assured me my simple set up with an ethernet cable would be straightforward. I'm looking forward to Wednesday. John

Great customer service

Great customer service. The beginning of service was worrying as my internet kept dropping out and I work from home. But service was sent out super quick and the internet has been much better. It occasionally still freeze or drops out and is slightly slower than my last provider. However over all I am content

I have absolutely no complaints about…

I have absolutely no complaints about Rebel Broadband. I’ve used their service for a month now with no problems with the service even when other providers were down. Can handle multiple devices uploading at once. Their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced, fast replies, genuine people on the other side, and offer to find a solution to all my concerns. Couldn’t recommend enough.
