Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Found Rebel, dropped BT & now everything works FAST

After over 12 months of raising cases and having engineers out with BT on the 990 full fibre, I decided enough was enough - and whilst Rebel are clearly smaller than BT that seems to help because now im running at 900Mbps + at various points in my house and my PS5 is so damn quick. Also the COOL looking WiFi pods and extenders destroy what BT was putting out and whilst I did go for 2 extenders to help the far points of my house it's well worth the extra - I have 4 teenagers in this house and the complaints have all stopped and I can stream to my projector with zero buffering, I cannot big up Rebel enough - bye πŸ‘‹ BT

The Rebel Fibre Instal

The Rebel Fibre onboarding and installation process was smooth and efficient. The technician was attentive arrived on time and cleaned up after some drilling was required. The product does what it says on the tin and gives a the speed advertised! Also the plume extenders are super cool looking and the app is incredibly easy to use.

Fantastic!

Cut the Sky cord and no regrets. We had the Sky bundle but realized we were overpaying and never used our TV or landline. Switched to Rebel this month and my speeds are faster and bill is smaller.

Very pleased so far

After experiencing repeated connectivity issues with Virgin, I recently changed broadband supplier to Rebel. The service is fast and reliable, with fantastic wifi coverage across my home. The pricing model is transparent and competitive. Overall, highly recommended.

Made a big difference

Made a big difference. We were with BT on a phone connection before which was almost unusable when the kids came home (often under 20mb). Now getting people commenting on zoom that it’s like looking through a window. Had no idea it would improve that too.
