Quickline Broadband UK Reviews

Trying to sort out anything with Quickline office is appalling. On hold for 20 mins with customer service for them to answer the phone which they don’t realise just having a chat. Technical support 25mins hold and get switch off and back on again. The engineer who came out today was great though, sorted it all out so a big thank you to Alvin.

Excellent service from Carl today!

The engineer was Carl Conway. I found Carl to be knowledgeable and helpful with my many questions regarding the installation process. A real credit to Quickline.

Dave above and beyond to make it a smooth installation. He identified a spare wall socket near my existing router and used this to a) enable me to have a smooth switchover without losing Internet connection while I worked and b) avoid damaging my internal decorations. Would recommend him highly!

Pleasant engineers Ian.s and kieran.s .Arrived in the time they gave us.Install done quick and efficient.Very helpful.

Brilliant company, would highly recommend. I moved house and discovered I had no signal, so was unable to message or call anyone. Mike Sugden in sales was fantastic recognising how vulnerable that made me feel as a female living on her own in a new property .. he ensured Quickline connected me as soon as possible without any drama. Carl H and Jack P-G attended to dig up the garden to route the fibre needed from the street to the house, they completed a tidy dig ensuring any plants that had to be moved in the process were looked after and then replanted afterwards, Katie the engineer then installed the equipment, making sure it was all working perfectly before she left. Paid for 200mbps getting slightly over that so more than happy! Well done Quickline .. a 5 star review here!

Very friendly , professional and knowledgeable engineer

Streamlined booking approach, needed to change date and very helpful and obliging, engineer on the day was Thomas Turnbull who was very informative and clean and tidy with installation, very minimal cable exposure and didn’t mind our dog following him everywhere he went 😊

Just had our new fibre fitted by Dan D from Donny and I have to say, what an absolute legend. He's a super nice guy and got things done in no time at all. He was happy to answer any questions I had and was full of knowledge. Thanks again Dan. It is greatly appreciated 🤟🙌

So had this broadband installed a couple of months now thought I'd wait a little while before writing a review... To start the communication I received from Quickline was first class easy to move from the company I was with in very few steps we were told an engineer would be out to us on the 27th of July to set everything up Dylan R arrived on time introduced himself and set about what he needed to do very pleasant clean and tidy work and in no time at all everything was installed he answerd any questions or query's we had and didn't leave the property until he was satisfied everything was up and running properly Thank You Dylan!! Every speed test I have done the internet has been on point also been a gamer downloads took forever with my old company now these are so fast and been able to download games that are over 100gb in or around 15-30 mins makes a huge difference the internet itself has never let us down had absolutely no problems whatsoever A Massive Thank you to Quickline and all staff and engineers!!!

The final installation by Kegan E was excellent. He was polite and knowledgeable and very efficient. His work deserved 5 stars. However this installation was completed on 23rd Sept and should have been done for 1st Sept. The organisation around completing the groundwork was shambolic. The delightful service staff did what they could but nobody could nail down a date until yesterday (22nd). We were without WiFi for 3 weeks hotspotting off phones and extending contracts to accommodate.

Brandon P was our engineer today. He was polite, diligent and very thorough. He helpfully installed the cable where was most convenient for us and finished neat & tidy. The broadband was checked and running to speed before he left. He's a credit to your company.

From the moment Shaun arrived, it was clear that he was a true professional. He arrived on time and was well-prepared with all the necessary tools for the installation. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. The installation process was smooth and efficient. Shaun took the time to explain each step, ensuring I understood how the system would work. He worked diligently, taking care to minimize any disruption in my home and left the work area clean and tidy. After the installation, he conducted thorough tests to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. His attention to detail really stood out, as he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service and the connection speed. Overall, I highly recommend Shaun to anyone in need of fibre installation. Not only did I receive excellent service, but I also felt truly valued as a customer. Thank you, Shaun, for your outstanding work and professionalism!

The technicians Dave B and Sam S were absolutely brilliant. They talked me through everything that was to be done. They were polite, confident, and cleaned up after, no mess. Good alround experience, would definitely recommend Quick line, and DaveB and Sam S , a credit to your company.

Unexpected installation problem but these things happen. The subsequent response was excellent and everyone at Quickline worked to resolve as a matter of urgency. Thanks to Eric, Mia and Stan S who did the urgent installation very efficiently and smoothly.

The young man who fitted the new external cable, internal router etc. Then helped reset WiFi to any other devices could not have been more helpful.

Many thanks to Dan D. Brilliant job he spent a while fixing broken cable of my own doing fantastic job thank you Dan (and quickline).

The whole process from the initial enquiry to changing suppliers and having the fibre cable brought into my home was made so easy by the efficient and helpful members of the whole team. I would highly recommend them.

I have a large stone farmhouse with very thick walls, so I went for the WI FI everywhere package knowing it would be a challenge. The initial installation was excellent but I have had subsequent issues with it dropping out at the extremities. I have twice had technical visits from David who is excellent. He diligent worked through my system fine tuning and checking until he has strong wi fi signal everywhere. I am very impressed with the customer service call centre where I have spoked to Nathan twice and with David who came out. The speed is amazing

Thomas Turnbull the engineer was courteous and well informed. Great service
