The final installation by Kegan E was excellent. He was polite and knowledgeable and very efficient. His work deserved 5 stars. However this installation was completed on 23rd Sept and should have been done for 1st Sept. The organisation around completing the groundwork was shambolic. The delightful service staff did what they could but nobody could nail down a date until yesterday (22nd). We were without WiFi for 3 weeks hotspotting off phones and extending contracts to accommodate.
