The only reason i have given 5* is because of the staff. All encountered, from the build and dig team contractors to the Onboarding team, customer service and installation engineer have been excellent. Special mention to Martyn Warner installation engineer who stayed far longer than needed to ensure everything was as good as it could be. Also Mia of the onboarding team who is a shining credit for Quickline. Had the 500mb package for a couple of days now and whilst the engineers work phone showed 500mb speed in the house our personal phones did not and nor did any of the devices. It was explained that the older , more used and unclean a device is the slower speed it will show irrespective of the 500mb/1000mb or whatever speed at your router. But the speeds are faster than the previous mobile broadband so will see how it performs with time. Would recommend though.
