Quickline Broadband UK Reviews

Our line installers were Bradley and Shaun. They were very personable and helpful. They talked us through the whole installation and took notice of where we wanted our line to be situated on the outside of our bungalow. Very happy with their work.

Our installer was Carl Conway. He was very personable, efficient and very knowledgeable. He talked us through the whole process with confidence and assured us that if there were any problems they would be dealt with quickly and efficiently. If Carl is any example of your staff Quickline, as a company, is bound to succeed.

It was brilliant service. Dave B was helpful and informative. I would highly recommend.

6 days ago I was asked for more information, which I duly provided, with the promise of a follow-up. Nothing..... I presume there is no interest in actually getting people connected having been paid for laying the line just outside our property. Been waiting since the start of the year!

Josh was a very pleasant young man. He got on with the job. He set up all our equipment for us.

Quick and efficient assistance from online chat then a prompt callback from the sales team when I was unable to select installation date online. Kept up to date with when the engineer was due via text. Kieran S was very polite and explained what would happen when he came to install and got everything sorted quickly

Gary A was great. Good communication skills, cared about every aspect of the job being performed and left us confident in the technology.

Really happy at today’s installation by Thomas Turnbull from Quickline. Prompt, polite, very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything and workmanship was very tidy and efficient.

Nathan is the best engineer around. Very helpful and friendly

Alvin was great.very knowledgeable and friendly. Install was professional neat and tidy

Dan fitted our new broadband today he was an exemplary employee. Everything was explained all was fitted quickly and with no mess. He sorted our signal problems and ensured all working. A pleasure dealing with him.

Shocking do not be fooled by the 5 star review from trustpilot, There was vandalism on Friday which needed repairing, Fair enough, But despite me been the first person to report this on Friday morning at 08.30 I’m still waiting now at 17.30 on Monday to be reconnected despite everyone else in the village who use other suppliers already been reconnected on Saturday. We’ve had no updates from them, I’ve made endless calls chasing updates and they just don’t care, I’ve been lied to on the Friday by someone telling me engineers were onsite when they weren’t as I was informed later in the day they were trying to repair it remotely. The staff in technical just keep saying there’s nothing I can do. Stop lying to customers be honest and if you say your gonna keep us updated on Friday by text then do so because it’s Monday now and I have t had one single update regarding progress or should I say lack of progress. It’s a shocking service when you need help stay clear I wouldn’t even give them one star, 0/10 get the service you need elsewhere Reply to Quickline response, You have t requested further information from, The internet came back on at 6pm Monday and is off again Tuesday morning at 08.30, stop lying

Outstanding Service from Dave B at Quickline! I rarely leave reviews, but in this case it's thoroughly deserved. Dave B was absolutely first-class from start to finish and is a real credit to Quickline. Throughout the installation, Dave demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and pride in his work. Nothing was rushed, and every aspect of the job was completed to a very high standard. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about getting everything right rather than simply getting the job finished. Communication was excellent throughout. Dave explained each stage of the installation clearly, kept me fully informed, and was happy to answer any questions. His friendly, approachable manner made the entire process stress-free. What impressed me most was his diligence and work ethic. He took the time to ensure everything was neat, tidy and working perfectly before leaving. It's increasingly rare to find someone who takes such obvious pride in their workmanship. Dave B is the sort of employee every company wishes they had. He is a fantastic ambassador for the Quickline brand and provided a level of customer service that exceeded expectations in every respect. If Quickline recognises exceptional staff, then Dave B deserves every bit of praise that comes his way. An outstanding engineer, a consummate professional, and a genuine credit to the company. 5 stars without hesitation.

We had our Broadband swapped over today. Jordan, the installer, arrived promptly and was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire installation. Firstly, he took care to ensure our furnishings were not damaged whilst he drilled through the wall and secondly, was careful where the router and the boosters were sited for maximum benefit but minimal visual disturbance. He answered any queries we had and made sure all our devices - laptops, phones and TV - were all connected and working properly before he left.

Dave B installed our broadband earlier today and we were very pleased with the job he did. Very patient with our endless questions and my husbands ocd with the wiring! Checked a couple of places out inside before installing to ensure the best signal, very happy customers, would recommend!

The installer Shaun was very helpful. Giving us alternatives so the installation would be as neat as possible on the house exterior/interior. Would recommend

Alvin was efficient installing the equipment, and was very helpful in advising on the setup for out large house.

Josh.R just installed our broadband, he was very polite , he did a neat and tidy job and helpful explaining everything

Easy ordering and salesman kept his word and responded quickly. However the internet is very intermittent; I’m left unable to connect to my printer or external security lighting or recording The internet was off for several minutes this morning I’m awaiting a call back this morning etc. In other words I’ll be better off going back to my previous BT service Hopefully

Quickline have been very professional from sales to completion of the installation. Dave B. Started the installation and was joined by Dan D. Both did a fantastic job, neat and tidy workmanship and both polite and friendly, can't fault Quickline so far.
