This company has completely messed up my body by not sending my medication on time and thus I had to go off weight loss medication cold turkey. When I called to get them to send the medication, they promised to get back to me and never did. I have been calling and texting for days now and getting no response from them. They also sent my medication late last month so at this point, I do not trust this company at all. When you are on a medication that should not be stopped suddenly it is dangerous they are allowing patients to be without the medications they prescribed. I would be very careful about engaging this company since you really don't want to be left with no medication and no customer service.

I was looking for a different doctor to help with my continued weightloss and came across Premium Health online, gave em a call spoke with a representative ONCE and was told I'd be connected with a dr within 2-business days. I setup my profile online and even scheduled my appt, I was never told the Dr's would be in a different time zone and when it came down to the appt no one ever reached out and out responded to my message through the web portal but seen I had 2 missed appointments, call / texted customer service SEVERAL times throughout the day and was sent to voice-mail which was VERY odd AND SUSPICIOUS, I had to call my bank and put a stop payment just incase they tried to authorize a payment for NO services that was NEVER GAVE... VERY MISLEADING AND SCAM LIKE, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT TF DOWN!!

I have been on Tirzepatide since end of October 2023 starting weight was 181. I hit my goal weight second week of January at 145 pounds and now as of April 26, 2024 I have exceeeded my goal weight I'm at 135 pounds. I now only use the injections once a month to maintain my weight. I have had no side effects, no issues with not receiving my meds on time. I started off on 2.5 dosage now Im at 10 and this is where i have lost the most weight. The meds have worked perfectly from the beginning. This company anfmd doctors are amazing!

The Semiglutide hype is true. The product has changed the way people like me can lose weight after a lifetime of yo-yo dieting. Premium Health has followed through after a bump in the road. My last 2 refills have been on time. I appreciate their attention to giving me a positive experience. I recommend this company.

I have COPD. I started taking D3 10,000 IU with Vitamin B12 1000 mg. After a week. I am breathing better. I can go without using an oxygen condenser for hours. I have done nothing else different except started taking these two.

Truly a 5-star company, look no further! The service is incredible, all of the representatives were so kind and relieved my concerns before I committed. They are very timely with responding to my texts and calls. I was on semaglutide for 3 months with another company, and switched to Premium Health recently. It was the best decision because they have the cheapest prices for weight loss meds and also the best care. Excited to continue my journey with them.

Unfortunately an amazing doctor and a scam product. Been on Tirzepatide for over 2 months AND semaglutide and ZERO effects, changes, and Weight loss. For reference been on the name brand products in the past and know exactly what should be occuring. Everytime I call They have the nicest doctor speak to me and change dosage and then changed meds and still ZERO change in appetite, zero change in weight ZERO change in satiety. I workout I eat Healthy and nothing. This is not proper meds.

The company has been very responsive to my concerns, and always answers the phone promptly when I call with a question, or returns my calls as soon as someone is available. I had a question about my latest vial of medication, and Dr. M was very helpful in explaining how the weight loss medication works.

I am very pleased with Premium Health. They have walked me through every step of the way. They respond either right away or within a couple hours. I was having trouble getting my insurance to cover the weight loss shots and started looking elsewhere. I found this company through google and I am so glad I did! Everyone has been so easy to work with and they have been very attentive if I reach out with questions. I am on week 2 of semaglutide and already losing weight. So happy I chose to go through premium health!

Premium Health has been amazing. They provide a cost effective means for those that cannot afford Wagovy and whose insurance doesn't cover either.

I had been on Ozempic for 6 months for a total weight loss of 22 pounds. I plateaued at about 4 months. My primary physician wanted me to try Mounjaro or Zepbound. Insurance would no longer cover these drugs, including Ozempic. I found Primary Heath on the internet, and checked it out. It was what I was looking for and can afford. My PP is on board. It’s been 1 month now, and so far, so good. Lost 4-5 lbs on 2.5 dosage. No side effects except for occasional vomiting, very occasional. Looking forward to the increase in dosage to 5. The video call with Dr. Hussein was instructive and informative. I’m very pleased thus far. I have about 20 to 30 lbs. to go. Thank you, Kt

I am very disappointed with this service. I started the medicine on 3/14 after having to call in because apparently fed ex delivered the first prescription to the wrong address. On 3/14 I received the medicine which I was very surprised not in something to keep it cold, I started the medicine immediately. The only thing I felt after taking the shot was nausea, it hasn't done anything for my appetite at all. I have talked to 5 ppl who started the shots at the same time I did and all but one has lost weight and have no appetite. The other person is going through a different online group and they increased her dose and now has lost 6 pounds in less than 10 days. I called premium health and got no help. I feel like after my credit card was billed the helpfulness ended. I can not afford to pay for something that doesn't work for me.

My weight loss has been steady but very slow. One thing I did not know upfront, which I think is only fair to know, is that with your first vial of the drug, you increase the dosage every four weeks, with the indication that your second vial will increase to 25 units. You are not told that to increase over 20 units, you have to pay another $100 a month. I specifically asked before I signed up if everything was included in the $275 monthly charge and was assured it was. To get 3 months into the program and then learn of the increase in cost if you want an increase in units of the drug seems like bait and switch, leaving a feeling of a company who just wants your money and "too bad if you can't cough up another $100 every month." So I continue at 20 units and very slow weight loss. Very disappointing.

I have been very pleased with the program. I am a borderline diabetic. I have tried several diets all that involves healthy food habits. The people have been extremely nice while dealing with me. Thank you again for making this available to me. It’s weight loss at an affordable price
